We once again made the gigantic heart shaped sugar cookies for Valentine's day this year. The only difference was we made them the day after Valentines. This was because the night before Jace woke up in the middle of the night and threw up. He continued with this all night long and some of the morning. We thought it best he not eat a bunch of candies and cookies that day so we held off until Sunday morning. We had just gotten up and were all still in PJs.

Jace was pretty proud of his cookie covered in M&Ms and chocolate Spiderman heads.

Looking at Kelsey's blog reminded me you guys have the same tradition as us. I love the huge valentine's cookies. We were a day late, just like you. Sounds like we were cooking at the same time. If only we could be in the same town... How much fun would it be to do those things together like our moms did.
